Every project, approval, deal and dollar on one screen.
Home is where the day starts. It pulls the live state of your catalog into one view: what's in production, what's waiting on an approval, which licensing deals are in the pipeline and what you owe collaborators.
The master lifecycle strip shows where each song sits between idea and payout, and the AI priorities card surfaces the handful of things that actually need you today — a missing signature, a split nobody confirmed, a club brief that fits your sound.
Unread messages, your Getting Started progress and — for admins — packet engagement sit alongside, so nothing important lives in a separate inbox.

Opens TRAX with coffee, sees two approvals blocking a release and one unsigned split, clears all three before the first session — instead of discovering them the week the song was due.
Catch the idea in two seconds, grow it into a project.
Ideas are where songs begin: a title, a mood, a BPM, the reference tracks you're chasing. Nothing is required, so you can write one down in the time it takes to lose it.
Quick Capture puts a mic button on every screen. Tap it to pick from seven capture types — voice memo, hummed melody, beatboxed groove, sound sample, text note, reference photo or a 30-second video — or press and hold to record a voice memo instantly. Voice memos are auto-transcribed where the browser supports it.
Captures work offline and sync when you're back online. From the captures inbox you file them to a project, send them to the Audio Lab as stem candidates, add sounds to your sample library, or promote a note into a full idea.

Hums a hook into the phone at a red light, files it to the album project that night, and the engineer finds it in the Audio Lab as a stem candidate the next morning.
Explainable production guidance — never generated music.
The Audio Lab holds the working song: waveform editing, stems, a version chain and upload intelligence that runs QC checks before anything is shared.
Style Lab turns your reference tracks into a style profile — era, genre, mood — and lets you dial how strongly the references should influence your choices against a commercial target like sync, club or artist release.
Mix Intelligence then compares your mix to that target and suggests concrete moves with an A/B preview. It explains; you decide. TRAX never generates a note.

Loads three references into Style Lab, sets the target to TV/Film Sync, and gets told the low end is too dense for dialogue — fixes it before the music supervisor ever hears it.
Sketch a full track from your phone.
Voice FX are live today: fifteen presets from Studio polish to Cathedral, Harmonizer, Telephone and Stutter, plus a custom rack where you chain, reorder and save your own. The raw take is always kept; the effect chain is stored separately and applied on playback.
The Mobile Creation Studio builds on that: layered tracks on a 4, 8 or 16-bar loop (4 on Producer Starter, 8 on Pro Studio, unlimited on Label Enterprise) — record vocal takes over the loop (overdub, punch in and out), program beats on pads or a step sequencer, play melodies on a touch keyboard, and drop in any capture or phone file as a sample.
52 instruments in 9 families (keys, synths, bass, guitars, strings, brass, woodwinds, world, vocal textures) and ten drum kits: 808, Trap, Electronic, 909, 707, Latin and Cinematic synthesized live, plus TRAX Boom Bap, TRAX Live Kit and TRAX House — TRAX Original Sounds, rendered by TRAX and released CC0.
When it is ready, bounce the mix to a WAV in Captures, download every track as a stems ZIP, promote it to the project's Audio Lab as the next mix version, or turn each track into a sample pack credited to the sketch. Link it to a project (it appears on the flowchart) or to a live session as a reference, or share it in a conversation.
Auto-quantize (1/16, 1/8, 1/4) and scale snap keep pads and keys tight, and the AI Creation Assist suggests harmonies, missing layers and fitting instruments from your tempo, key and kits — it never writes music for you.

Records a vocal idea in a hotel room with the Room preset, lays a beat under it in the Mobile Studio, and sends the sketch to the producer's project before soundcheck.
Approvals tied to the exact version everyone heard.
Review collects timestamped feedback on a specific version and routes it through an approval chain built from the project team — only people with approve permission are in it.
Every approval points at a version hash, so 'we approved it' always means the same audio. When a new mix lands, the chain restarts on the new version automatically.

The artist, the A&R and the mix engineer approve Mix B in one afternoon; the release gate unlocks the moment the last approval lands.
Master, publishing and sync — understood, negotiated, signed.
Rights keeps master, publishing and sync shares separate, the way the business actually works. Everyone on the song proposes, counters and agrees — and every step is on the record.
See where every dollar goes (waterfall and revenue flow), compare each share with common ranges for the genre and role, start from a suggestion built on the work recorded on the song, negotiate over as many rounds as it takes, then turn the agreed split into an agreement everyone signs inside TRAX.

Agree the split in the room from their phones — the sheet exists before anyone leaves, instead of being renegotiated after the song takes off.
Real collaborators, credited and permissioned per project.
People is your contributor library: artists, engineers, writers, session players, managers — with roles, contact info and notes.
Projects get teams with per-person permissions (view, comment, approve, manage), invitations by private link, and reusable team templates for the crews you work with again and again.

Applies the 'Core team' template to a new project and the same engineer, co-writer and vocalist are invited with the right permissions in one click.
Every in-person session, on the record.
Live Sessions turn a studio booking into a record: who checked in, what was uploaded, what got approved and the moments worth finding later — so credits and splits start from facts, not memory.
Scheduling a session opens a conversation for the team, drops a node on the project's flowchart and puts it on everyone's calendar. People check in by scanning the room's QR code.
Uploads follow the team's roles: whoever holds Upload can add stems, takes and photos; whoever holds Approve signs them off — first approval wins, or everyone in the room must agree. The session owner can grant or revoke either for the day; it expires when the session ends. Approved files land in the Audio Lab.

Every session ends with a log the producer and artist both saw happen — the split conversation later is a formality.
Your past collaborators can ask you for the next one.
Anyone who has been on one of your project teams can send you a track request: what they need, the budget, the deadline, the sound and any references or files.
Requests land in your inbox with an unread badge. Ask a question, decline with a note they receive as a message, or accept — and the project is created with them already on the team and the brief on the flowchart.
You decide who can ask: block anyone and their requests disappear from your inbox.

The artists who keep coming back send a proper brief instead of a 2 a.m. voice note — and the good ones turn into projects before the call ends.
An append-only record of who changed what, and when.
Every project keeps a history: team and permission changes, status and details, flowchart work, session check-ins, uploads and approvals — each with the person, their role at the time and what changed.
The history is append-only and hash-chained: entries can't be edited or deleted, even by an administrator, and a single altered entry breaks the chain for everyone to see.
Money, rights and permission changes are only shown to people whose role covers them. Export any view to CSV or JSON for legal or audit.

When a split is questioned a year later, the history shows exactly who approved the stem and who changed the permission — with a chain that proves nothing was rewritten.
One release, every platform.
Pick the platforms, confirm the metadata once, and submit. Distribution keeps the release status per platform next to the song's rights and approvals.
Revenue from each platform flows into the same record Accounting reads, so what you released and what it earned never disagree.

Releases to streaming and short-form video the same morning, and sees each platform's status without logging into four dashboards.
Turn clubs and festivals into commissioning clients.
Clubs is a directory of venues and festivals with open briefs: stage IDs, opening sets, brand activations, resident anthems. Pitch a brief with your references and terms in minutes.
Commissions track the whole deal — fee, schedule, exclusivity window, territory — and partnerships cover recurring DJ retainers.

Pitches a festival stage-ID brief on Monday, delivers on Friday, and the exclusivity window reverts the rights to them automatically six months later.
Sell your sounds. Send private samples. Track every use.
Build a sample library, bundle packs for sale, and send private links to specific artists — as a gift, a watermarked preview, a paid purchase or Pay-If-Use.
Every send is tracked: opens, previews, downloads, purchases and uses in a release. Recipients can reply straight into your inbox from the link.

Sends a Pay-If-Use pack to five artists; one uses a loop on a single, and the invoice is already waiting when it's released.
Nothing ships until it's clear — and every track keeps its life story.
Licensing gets a song sync-ready: clearances, stems, metadata and pitch packages in one place.
Release gates refuse to ship until the required approvals, splits and clearances are complete.
TRAX Life is the permanent record of a track — its creative history and its business history, from the first capture to the latest royalty line.

A supervisor asks for a track's clearances on a Friday afternoon; the answer is one link to its TRAX Life page.
The producer's company, not just the music.
Accounting unifies royalties, fees and sample income, matches money back to the songs and people it belongs to, and flags what's unmatched.
Business is the company view: project profitability, collaborator payables and what's growing. Trends shows how you actually work — which sections you use, what you pitch, when you're most productive.
For platform admins, Analytics covers adoption, retention cohorts, engagement, onboarding and packet performance.

Sees that sync fees out-earned streaming three quarters in a row and shifts next year's time accordingly.
Every deadline, delivery and gig in one intelligent view.
Calendar brings sessions, deliveries, release dates, brief deadlines and gigs into one timeline, with conflicts called out before they bite.
The Master Dashboard lets you arrange your own view of priorities across every project — the AI suggests what matters now, you decide what stays.

Sees that a club delivery and a mix deadline land on the same day as a flight — and moves one of them two weeks earlier, not two days.
Conversations that stay attached to the work.
Messages are threads with your collaborators and the TRAX team — attached to projects when they're about one, with files, @mentions, reactions and stars.
Search finds anything you've discussed, and sample-link recipients can reply without an account; their message lands in your inbox.

Every note about track three lives in the project's thread — not across three group chats and an email chain.
Send personalized pitches in 60 seconds.
A five-step wizard builds a tailored packet for a producer, studio, label, manager or artist: the suggested plan, a message written for their world, and pricing at their royalty level.
Share it as a link, print it to PDF, or open a pre-filled email draft. Opens, reading time and clicks are tracked, so you know when to follow up.

Sends ten tailored packets on the flight home and follows up first with the three who read to the end.
Provision branded trial accounts on the fly.
Prospect Trials give a prospect a private, fully working TRAX in their own branding — logo, colors, fonts and name — pre-loaded with projects, collaborators and a calendar themed for who they are. An admin provisions one in five steps, in under a minute, and hands over a branded link and a passphrase.
Or skip the handover: embed a live trial link in a marketing packet, and the prospect's first click creates their workspace and signs them in. Trials count down with a banner, stay readable after they end, and convert to a paid plan without moving a byte.
Every sign-in, section and action shows on the prospect's page, with a rule-based summary that says who to call and when.

Opens the link from their packet and lands in a workspace with their colors and a sample project — no setup call needed.
Your studio, your brand, our platform.
White Label accounts run TRAX under their own name: logo or wordmark, colors, fonts, footer and favicon — every surface re-themed from a handful of brand values.
It's the same platform underneath, with the same records, security and updates, and optionally a custom domain.
Admins keep a library of branding presets — six ship ready to use — so a new client's look, or a prospect's branded trial, takes one click.

Gives every producer on the roster a workspace that looks like the label's own tool — and it's live the same week.
