Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026 · Draft

TRAX is operated by Bianca Ruehlig, sole proprietor ("TRAX", "we", "us"), [registered address]. The short version: try TRAX free for 30 days with no card, cancel any time, and payments aren't refunded.

1. Try before you pay

Producer Starter, Pro Studio and Label Enterprise start with a 30-day free trial, with no credit card. You're only charged if you choose to subscribe.

2. Cancel any time

Cancel from Your account whenever you like. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and isn't renewed after that. Your work stays yours either way.

3. No refunds

Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year, or for time you didn't use. This applies to monthly and yearly plans. If you're charged twice or by mistake, we'll put it right.

4. Changing plans

Switch plans from Manage subscription in Your account. Stripe shows what changes, and any amount, before you confirm. Credit from a switch goes toward your next invoices; it isn't paid back to your card.

5. If a payment fails

We'll email you, and Stripe tries your card again. Your plan keeps working while it does.

6. White Label

White Label is covered by its own agreement.

7. Where the law says otherwise

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, this policy doesn't take it away.
